Sean Bates, Operating Manager
Sean graduated from Ocean County Vocational and Technical School and has been working in the electrical field for 15 years. He has extensive experience in the electrical component of high-rise construction; he also has significant commercial & industrial installation experience.

Sean is your on-budget, on-time, no-problems guy.

Nanthankumar “Kannan” Vellauthampillai, Project Manager
Kannan has 18 years experience in all aspects of the electrical trade. His extensive experience includes electrical control wiring, Datacom wiring and building control panels.
Aldo Gallelli, President
Aldo has been in the electrical industry since 1982. He earned his New Jersey State Electrical Contractor’s License in 1987 and his New Jersey State ICS/HHS Electrical Inspector’s Licenses in 1997.  Prior to founding AG Electrical Contractors in 1990, Aldo gained extensive skills and knowledge as an electrical designer of power distribution systems with CZF Engineering and Land Planning Consultant Engineers.
Ramy Bashara, Estimator
Ramy has an engineering degree and has been in the construction industry for more than three years. His extensive knowledge in AutoCAD and IT give him a significant advantage when estimating electrical projects.
Norman Lentz, Project Manager and Foreman
Norman is a Licensed Electrical Contractor with over 40 years of experience. His tenure began in the US Air Force as a power line specialist. He subsequently joined the Local Union 358 Apprenticeship Program. Norman has extensive experience with petrochemical refineries, commercial and industrial installations and high power lines.
Cami Farina, Office Manager
Cami joined the AG Electrical Contractors team in 2014, bringing more than 10 years of customer service experience with a major utility company and more than 20 years of experience in office management with small businesses. As the office manager, Cami ensures that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
